ABOUT ME

Hi! I’m Sam, the girl behind the lens at Honey Frame Film Co! Just me, a couple of film cameras, and a whoooole lot of love for your love.

I’m obsessed with 35mm and 120mm film because film does what digital can’t—it slows things down and lets moments breathe. My approach is documentary-style and low-pressure, so you can actually enjoy your wedding day while I capture it as it unfolds. No stiff posing, no awkward prompts—just honest moments, good light, and a litttttttle magic.

Based in Baltimore, Maryland, But always down to travel for a good story.

“Sam was absolutely wonderful for my maternity shoot at 36 weeks pregnant. She was so patient with my toddler and captured the most precious moments of our family. She scoped out the scene of the shoot before we arrived and found the most perfect areas to bring my vision to life. I sent Sam photos before the shoot of the vibe I was trying to achieve and she exceeded all of my expectations of my dream vintage maternity shoot! I’m so thankful that I decided to take maternity photos to capture this pregnancy even though I was very far along and didn’t feel the best. Sam made me feel so beautiful and confident and I am forever thankful to have these photos to look back and remember this pregnancy. I look forward to having her capture more moments of my family in the future on film! Highly recommend.”

“We came across Honey Frame Film Co. On Facebook. Sam’s photography style matched the vibe we were looking for.  We knew we wanted a timeless shoot that matched our chic/glam aesthetic. We were able to send her over some inspo photos as well. During our initial communication stages we discussed several shoot locations and landed on two. Once the indoor space was selected, she was able to walk us through the process. This made the planning pretty effortless. When we received our photos, she not only delivered, she served! Each photograph was so special and captured great moments. Sam provided us with sneak peaks very quickly and our album turn around was within a few days. We are beyond happy with our photos and we would recommend her to anyone.
